Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
At Coen Markets, we're committed to delivering a Clean, Friendly, and In-Stock experience for every guest. As a Kitchen Associate, you'll play a key role in preparing fresh food, maintaining a safe and clean kitchen, and supporting a fast-paced food service operation.

What You'll Do
Food Preparation & Kitchen Operations
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food is fresh, properly portioned, and visually appealing
- Monitor food temperatures and maintain proper food safety procedures
- Maintain food prep stations stocked, organized, and ready for service
Cleanliness & Food Safety
- Follow all health, sanitation, and food safety guidelines
- Keep kitchen equipment, workstations, and food prep areas clean and sanitized
- Properly store and label food items and rotate inventory to maintain freshness
Guest Experience
- Work efficiently to ensure timely food preparation and service
- Communicate with store team members to support smooth operations
- Provide friendly interactions with guests when needed
Team Support
- Assist with receiving and stocking kitchen inventory
- Support other team members during busy periods
- Maintain a positive, team-first attitude in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous food service, restaurant, or kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety
- Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation required
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
