Kitchen / Cook Team Member - Evening Shift

Do you enjoy staying busy, working with a strong team, and taking pride in doing things the right way?

Chick-fil-A Ashland is hiring dependable Kitchen Team Members for evening shifts. We have opportunities for candidates seeking full-time hours, or consistent part-time work.

Previous kitchen experience is helpful, but it is not required. We provide paid training and will teach you Chick-fil-A’s food-quality and safety standards.

Schedule:

• Full-time or part-time evening schedules

• Closing shift preferred

• Weekday and Saturday shifts

• Flexible schedules based on restaurant needs and applicant availability

• Saturday availability is generally required; Wednesday availability is strongly preferred; closed Sundays

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and assemble Chick-fil-A menu items

• Follow food-safety, quality, and portioning standards

• Work efficiently during busy meal periods

• Keep kitchen stations clean, stocked, and organized

• Communicate with teammates to keep orders moving

• Assist with food preparation, dishes, cleaning, and restocking

• Maintain quality while working with speed and accuracy

What we’re looking for:

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours

• Dependability and consistent attendance

• A positive, humble, team-first attitude

• Coachability and willingness to learn

• Reliable transportation to the restaurant

• Saturday availability, except in limited circumstances

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail

• The ability to move quickly and remain organized

• Comfort working in a high-volume kitchen environment
