Kitchen Blend Operator *Food Handlers Card Required* Advance Services Inc. has a new role available as a Kitchen Blend Operator located in North Las Vegas! Take your career to the next level by becoming part of a long-standing food production company!Apply today! Must have a Food Handlers Card with up-to-date certification! Job Description:
- Will be working with Machine Kettles that stir and cook dry ingredients, pouring in dry ingredients as prompted by screen indicator.*
- Must be attentive and accurate when adding ingredients in the order specified on the paperwork provided for each mixture.*
- Will document steps, down time and any other necessary notes as directed.*
- Keep area clean at all times.*
- Report any malfunctions or errors immediately if ever something occurs.
- Must have Current Food Handler Certification.*
- Food production experience required.*
- Ability to work with strong smells and dry/wet ingredients.*
- Must be able to work on your feet for 8 hours or more.*
- Requires the ability to follow instructions, maintain Product Quality, there is heavy lifting of multiple 50 lbs bags of materials within our production Kitchens.*
- You will need to be able to do basic mathematics and calculations, make documentation clearly and be aware of food safety concerns and issues.*
- This is a critical position for Food Safety and Product Quality.
