Job Description
Line Cooks and Prep Cooks at Central BBQ must be able to maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times. You will set up stations and collect all necessary supplies for service, make sure all storage areas are tidy and all products are stored appropriately. Required to constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices, able to follow written or verbal instructions, able to work in a high pace and hot environment, flexible with job duties, self-motivated and organized. You must be able to life 25 - 50 lbs and practice accurate portion control.
You must be open to working in shifts and on nights and weekends.
All Central BBQ employees must be honest, dependable, and have reliable transportation and a working phone.
