Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team, maintain high-quality food standards, and ensure efficient kitchen operations. You will train, supervise, and inspire kitchen staff while maintaining sanitation, quality, and cost controls across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high-quality food preparation, plating, and service, including banquet operations
- Monitor kitchen costs, labor, and food usage to meet budget goals
- Work cook line as needed
- Prepare and maintain recipe cards, presentation guides, and documentation
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager & Executive Chef to maintain inventory levels per corporate guidelines
- Ensure communication and coordination between kitchen and banquet operations
- Ensure procurement, inventory, and storage practices adhere to corporate guidelines
- Maintain professional conduct and uphold Concord Hospitality's high standards
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen management experience in hotels, resorts, or high-volume restaurants
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of food preparation, safety, sanitation, and cost control
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Passion for high-quality culinary standards and team development
