Cooks, Banquet Cooks & Culinary Team Members

Step into your new role:
Depending on your experience and position, you may:
• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to recipes and quality standards • Support both daily restaurant service and high-volume banquet and event operations • Prepare food for events ranging from smaller gatherings to large-volume functions • Work grills, fryers, steamers, ovens, and other commercial kitchen equipment • Prepare sauces, soups, sides, and specialty menu items • Set up, organize, and stock your workstation before and during service • Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation • Assist with daily specials and seasonal menu offerings • Receive, properly store, and rotate ingredients using FIFO procedures • Monitor proper food temperatures and sanitation standards • Communicate allergies, modifications, and special guest requests • Keep preparation areas, equipment, and workstations clean and organized • Jump in and support the culinary team during busy services, special events, weekends, and peak Tahoe periods
