- Execute food preparation tasks following the guidance of the executive chef.* *
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dish washing station and kitchen environment.* *
- Assist in the assembly of high-quality meals for lunch and dinner services.* *
- Adhere to all kitchen safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a professional work environment.* *
- Collaborate with team members to meet service deadlines in a fast-paced setting.* *
- Support the culinary team with various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a restaurant, catering, or food service environment (preferred).* *
- Personal Characteristics: Dependability, a positive mindset, and an eagerness to learn and grow.* *
- Certifications: ServSafe certification is a plus.* *
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain high standards of appearance and conduct suitable for a private club.* *
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and holidays preferred.
