Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate daily kitchen functions in a high-energy setting - Engage actively with team members during peak service times - Uphold product standards for storage and preparation - Ensure precise regulation of temperature for storage and food preparation - Instill rigorous food safety and cleanliness practices - Mentor staff on menu assembly and proper preparation techniques - Deliver immediate feedback to improve team performance and consistency - Ensure stations are prepared, and workflow is streamlined during service - Oversee inventory management and ordering procedures - Maintain HACCP compliance - Collaborate with management to address operational challenges as they arise
Desired Skills and Experience: - Proven leadership experience in kitchen, restaurant, or hospitality settings - In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary practices - Expertise in food safety, sanitation, and temperature guidelines - Capable of flourishing in a fast-paced hands-on role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Skilled in multitasking while sustaining organization and standards - Competent in inspiring and guiding team members through service - Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset - High sense of responsibility and reliability for each shift - Ability to work effectively within a diverse team - Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft tools
Compensation and Benefits: - Full-time position, 40 hours weekly - Competitive hourly rate: $22.00 - $32.00, contingent on experience - Comprehensive health insurance and four weeks of annual vacation - Career advancement opportunities including positions like Assistant Executive Kitchen Manager and Executive Kitchen Manager.
