Key Responsibilities - Orchestrate daily culinary activities in a bustling environment - Partner with team members during high-demand periods - Guarantee that food items are stored and prepared according to standards - Oversee temperature regulations for storage areas - Promote adherence to food safety, sanitation, and organizational guidelines - Train and develop team members in menu preparation, prep standards, and seamless service - Offer strategic coaching to enhance efficiency and uniformity - Ensure readiness of work stations and support service line flow - Manage inventory, order supplies, and uphold HACCP compliance - Collaborate efficiently with management teams, addressing operational challenges
Qualifications - Proven leadership in culinary settings such as kitchens, restaurants, or cafés - Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen and back-of-house procedures - Familiarity with food safety and temperature guidelines - Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, hands-on role - Exceptional communication and team-building abilities - Proficient multitasking with strong organizational skills - Leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and mentor staff - Analytical and decisive problem-solving capabilities - Dependability and accountability with evident shift leadership - Ability to work effectively with diverse groups - Basic proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
