Kitchen Team Member

As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a central role in ensuring guests receive delicious, properly prepared food in a clean and safe environment. It's essential that this individual is attentive to detail and places a high value on safety, accuracy, and efficiency. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly for an independent Owner/Operator and gain valuable life experience that goes beyond preparing great food in a friendly environment.

Kitchen Team Member Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
Be knowledgeable of all kitchen stations and their assignments
Stock kitchen inventory as needed
Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly kitchen at all times
Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues
Complete all assigned opening or closing tasks
Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies and procedures

Qualifications and Requirements:

At least 14 years of age upon hire date
Cheerful and positive attitude
Customer service oriented
Consistent and reliable
Strong interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented
Able to work well and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team player
Reliable source of transportation
Able to lift and carry 25 lbs
Able to stand for long periods of time
