In this role, you will report directly to the Executive Chef and play a key part in delivering high-quality meals that reflect our commitment to culinary excellence. Your experience in a professional kitchen, along with strong knife skills and a keen eye for detail, will ensure our food is prepared consistently and safely, meeting all quality and sanitation standards.

Whether you're searing meats, sautéing vegetables, or plating for presentation, your work will help shape the guest experience. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking to grow their culinary skills in a supportive, high-energy setting.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes and menu guidelines

• Set up and maintain organized kitchen stations throughout service

• Operate a variety of kitchen equipment including fryers, broilers, ovens, and grills

• Assist fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and food production

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including dishwashing duties as needed

• Follow all food safety protocols and health department regulations

• Demonstrate a positive, team-oriented attitude and contribute to overall kitchen morale

• Support timely and accurate food delivery during peak service hours
