----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Knowledge Management & Legal Technology Specialist Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) Salary: $85,000 $135,000 Bonus Must have the following: Knowledge Management experience, transactional law firm background, legal technology tools, AI/GenAI exposure, document automation, due diligence platforms, strong communication skills Responsibilities:- Support knowledge management initiatives across transactional legal practices
- Organize, maintain, and update legal knowledge resources, templates, and practice materials
- Assist attorneys with locating internal and external legal resources
- Monitor legal and industry developments and share relevant updates with practice groups
- Support implementation and adoption of AI-driven legal technologies and workflow solutions
- Assist with document automation projects using tools such as Contract Express, Neota Logic, or HotDocs
- Work with due diligence and legal review platforms including Kira, eBrevia, and Luminance
- Collaborate with attorneys, legal assistants, and technology teams to improve operational efficiency
- Gather user feedback to improve knowledge management tools and workflows
- Help evaluate and onboard new legal technologies and innovation initiatives
- Promote best practices and increase attorney engagement with KM resources
- Support cross-functional projects within the Knowledge Management team
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a large law firm or corporate legal environment
- Experience supporting transactional legal practices and workflows
- Exposure to GenAI legal tools such as Harvey or similar platforms
- Experience with automation software including Contract Express, Neota Logic, or HotDocs preferred
- Familiarity with AI-enabled due diligence tools such as Kira, eBrevia, or Luminance
- Understanding of transactional processes including due diligence, deal management, and closing workflows
- Strong research, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning and implementing new technologies
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
