Data Collection: Gather, clean, and analyze product safety data from various sources to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.Escalation Management: Assign and oversee escalations from specific high-risk channels while conducting thorough review of past history for process adherence. Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and root cause analyses for product safety incidents to prevent reoccurrence.Project Management: Manage various ongoing and ad-hoc projectsQualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.3+ years of experience in business analysis, product safety, or a related field. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and business intelligence platforms.Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
