Lab and Research Assistant$28 - 32/hour | 1-Year Contract (Potential for Permanent Hire)What You'll Do Join a dynamic lab and research team studying how biology influences human behavior.Your Day-to-Day:
- Organize and track biological samples with meticulous attention to detail*
- Work directly with research participants to collect data and samples*
- Keep the lab running smoothlyorder supplies, maintain equipment, and ensure safety standards*
- Prepare samples for analysis and support multiple research projects*
- Collaborate with professors, students, and partner institutions.
- Work With Experts: Learn alongside highly skilled scientists and researchers in a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment.*
- Variety Every Day: Mix hands-on lab work with administrative coordination and people interactionno repetitive routines here.*

- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (biology, chemistry, or similar)*
- 2 years of laboratory or research experience strongly preferred*
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail*
- Comfortable handling biological materials in a lab setting*
- Good interpersonal skills for working with participants and team members*
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
