Job Description

Location: East Providence, RISalary: Depends on ExperienceDescription:

LAB Assembly Technician responsible for a line of electromechanical/ optical sensors.

Assembly of complex mechanical and electromechanical assemblies.

Able to read, understand, and adhere to work instructions, BOMs, and assembly drawings

Inspecting parts for defects or damage

Knowledge of electrotechnical assembly and box build processes. (Optics a Plus)

Work in a small fast-paced team atmosphere.

Experience working with and knowledgeable of core concepts/industry use of PCBAs and electromechanical components (cameras, lenses, optics, etc.)

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

Experience with precision manipulation of common laboratory tools, such as Allen wrenches, screw drivers, tweezers, etc, in a clean environment.

Minimum of 3 years of electromechanical experience (optics field a plus).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

CITIZENSHIP: Must be a U.S. citizen.
