Job Description

Seasonal Lab TechJob DescriptionAdvance Services is seeking a Seasonal Lab Tech for a company in Hastings. Employees will enjoy a safe work environment, safety and attendance incentives, and weekly pay!Duties include:
  • Test and prepare product samples according to established procedures.*
  • Label, number, and organize samples for accurate tracking and documentation.*
  • Organize products and samples by assigned numbers to ensure accurate identification and inventory.*
  • Maintain a clean and organized laboratory by washing beakers, jars, and other laboratory equipment.*
  • Clean countertops, workstations, and laboratory surfaces to ensure a sanitary work environment.*
  • Sweep laboratory floors and remove trash throughout the shift.*
  • Accurately record sample information and assist with maintaining laboratory records.*
  • Follow all safety, quality, and sanitation procedures.*
  • Perform other laboratory support duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.*
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.*
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.*
  • Able to stand for extended periods and perform routine cleaning tasks.*
  • Previous laboratory or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
Schedule:Day shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM. Flexible start and end times may be available depending on business needs.Season: This is a seasonal position that typically runs from late August through early January or from early October through early January, depending on workload and the harvest season.Wage:Starting at $18.00/hour (pay may vary depending on experience).
