Are you an experienced Project Manager with a knack for orchestrating complex relocations? UCSF Health is seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead the centralization of our Lab and Pharmacy operations. This role is based in the vibrant Bay Area, offering a hybrid work schedule with the flexibility to work onsite at our state-of-the-art facility in Aliso Viejo, CA.

Job Summary

As the Relocation Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of our Central Laboratory relocation and activation project. This enterprise-wide initiative aims to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, automation, and service quality across the health system. You will manage cross-functional efforts involving laboratory operations, equipment integration, IT infrastructure, and Epic systems implementation.

Requirements

5-7 years of project management experience
Minimum 2 years in the healthcare industry
Experience with Epic Beaker and Willow build/implementation
Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Preferences

Advanced knowledge of computing and communications infrastructure
PMP Certification from PMI
Epic Certification in Clinical or Revenue Cycle applications
