Manufacturing Technician – Antigen ProductionLocation: Millsboro , DEPay Rate: $22.33/hourDuration: 1 year

Job Description

Support antigen production and manufacturing operations in a laboratory environment. Perform aseptic and non-aseptic manufacturing processes, equipment setup and operation, closed-system processing, facility decontamination, and production documentation. Work with manufacturing equipment throughout the production cycle and support antigen inoculation, harvest, and cell culture processes. Handle live animal virus, tissue, and process waste in accordance with approved procedures and safety requirements.

Education

High School Diploma or GED required

Required Skills

Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or laboratory experience
Aseptic processing techniques
Manufacturing equipment setup and operation
Closed-system processing
Antigen inoculation and harvest
Cell culture preparation and harvest
Automated and manual manufacturing operations
Production documentation, including batch records, charts, and logbooks
Facility decontamination procedures
Handling of live animal virus, tissue, and process waste
Hazardous waste labeling and management
Process deviation identification and documentation
Ability to successfully complete a Physical Abilities Test (POET)

Preferred Skills

Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility experience
Experience in antigen or biologics manufacturing
Experience with cell culture-based manufacturing processes
Experience working in regulated laboratory or GMP manufacturing environments
Experience with aseptic manufacturing operations
