Labeling & Regulatory Compliance Technician Location: Fairmont, MN Pay: $23–$32/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Labeling & Regulatory Compliance Technician to join our growing food manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll help ensure that our product labels meet all USDA and FDA regulations, support product development, and maintain accurate documentation for compliance and approvals. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance, or documentation who wants to grow their career in food labeling and regulatory compliance. What You’ll Do Review, edit, and approve product labels for compliance with USDA and FDA regulations Prepare and submit label approvals to regulatory agencies (USDA, FDA) Maintain and update regulatory documentation and label records Collaborate with R&D, QA, Manufacturing, and Marketing teams to ensure label accuracy Proofread packaging and marketing materials for compliance and consistency Support product development projects by providing expertise on labeling requirements Assist in sourcing and coordinating packaging materials and updates What We’re Looking For Working knowledge of FDA and USDA food labeling regulations (preferred) Experience in food manufacturing, QA, or a regulatory support role Strong organizational and communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management tools Why You’ll Love Working Here Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends!)
