Your work will directly influence the quality of the final product, and you'll collaborate closely with team members to ensure success.What Youll Do As a Skilled Laborer, you will be responsible for:
- Dismantling boxes and components using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, and wire cutters.*
- Keeping screws, hardware, and parts organized to streamline workflow.*
- Handling lifting tasks, regularly lifting up to 30 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs safely.*
- Assisting with mechanical disassembly and component handling to support installation and maintenance activities.*
- Supporting production and assembly processes as needed to meet project deadlines.
- Experience using hand tools and basic power tools relevant to mechanical assembly or disassembly.*
- Ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 lbs safely and consistently.*
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.*
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and work efficiently in a team environment.*
- Previous experience in vehicle mechanics, mechanical assembly, or manufacturing is a plus.*
- Welding or fabrication skills are advantageous but not required.*
- Basic understanding of safety standards and procedures.
