Our client is a nationally recognized, growth-oriented law firm seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney to join its Portland office. This opportunity is ideal for a 3rd–5th year associate who wants hands-on responsibility, exposure to sophisticated employment matters, and a long-term career path within a collaborative, well-supported firm environment.

Practice Focus & Responsibilities
Attorneys in this role will work on a broad range of employment-related matters, including:
- Employment litigation in state and federal courts
- Discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims
- Wage and hour and class/representative actions
- Advising employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Drafting and reviewing employment policies, handbooks, and agreements
- Assisting with investigations, hearings, and administrative proceedings

This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level Labor & Employment associate looking to build deep expertise while growing within a firm that values collaboration, transparency, and long-term careers.
Requirements
- Current State License
- 3–5 years of labor & employment experience
- Experience handling employment litigation and/or advisory matters
- Strong legal research, writing, and motion practice skills
- Ability to manage matters independently with appropriate supervision
- Experience working directly with clients and internal teams
