URGENT: Labor & Employment Attorney | Manchester, NH

What you’ll do:

Represent employers in labor and employment matters
Advise clients on workplace policies, compliance, and employment practices
Negotiate collective bargaining agreements for public employers
Handle union grievances and labor disputes
Appear in administrative proceedings
Defend discrimination, wage and hour, and wrongful termination claims
Litigate in state and federal courts

What you bring:

Licensed to practice law in New Hampshire
Experience in labor and employment law
Strong litigation, negotiation, and client counseling skills
