Note: Candidates must have 4+ years of plaintiff-side employment law experience. We are specifically seeking attorneys whose employment law practice has been exclusively on the plaintiff side.

Job Description
- Manage plaintiff-side employment matters with a high level of ownership and strategic responsibility.
- Represent employees in wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, wage and hour, leave, and related workplace disputes.
- Evaluate claims and develop effective litigation and resolution strategies.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other substantive legal work.
- Handle discovery, depositions, negotiations, mediations, and other key stages of litigation.
- Communicate directly with clients and provide clear, responsive guidance throughout their matters.
- Collaborate with our attorneys and legal team to maximize outcomes for clients.
- Help drive cases toward strong settlements, resolutions, and litigation results.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of employment law experience
- Employment law background must be exclusively plaintiff-side.
- Active California Bar membership in good standing.
- Strong employment litigation, writing, negotiation, and case-management skills.
- Experience handling California employee-side claims.
- Ability to manage substantial responsibility while providing excellent client service.
- Senior plaintiff-side employment attorneys are encouraged to apply.
