Laboratory Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support our client’s laboratory testing, sample analysis, data reporting, and quality control activities. This onsite role is ideal for candidates with strong lab experience, excellent documentation skills, and a commitment to safety and accuracy.Location: Pineville, LA - onsiteJob Type: Short-Term Contract | Full-Time | W2Pay: $20.00 hourKey Responsibilities

• Receive, label, collect, and analyze laboratory samples
• Perform chemical, physical, and biological testing following SOPs
• Accurately record, report, and maintain laboratory data
• Conduct experiments, document findings, and support research activities
• Maintain laboratory equipment and assist with inventory/supplies
• Follow all laboratory safety procedures and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
• Organize and store chemicals, substances, and gases according to safety guidelines
• Use barcode scanners and Microsoft Office tools to manage data

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, or related field; equivalent experience considered
• Experience with laboratory testing procedures and sample collection
• Knowledge of laboratory safety practices and SOP compliance
• Solid data entry, reporting, and analytical skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and basic computer applications
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
