Job Description
Location: Minden, NEPay: $20.00 $25.00/hour (DOE)Shift: Monday Friday, 7: 30 AM 5: 30 PM (occasional Saturdays)Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewWe are hiring a dependable and hardworking Laborer to support irrigation system installation and general field work. This is a hands-on, outdoor position working with a team that specializes in pivot irrigation systems. If you enjoy physical work, being outdoors and learning new skills, this is a great opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation & Field Work
- Assist with installation and maintenance of pivot irrigation systems
- Support daily job site operations and project tasks
- Perform general labor duties as needed
- Safely use hand tools and basic equipment
- Perform welding tasks as required
- Drive company vehicles to and from job sites
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending and walking
- Valid driver s license required
- Welding experience required;electrical experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude or related experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
