The Laborer will assist in a variety of tasks essential to the production process, providing crucial support to skilled workers and ensuring the efficiency of operations. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, loading, and unloading of materials and components used in boiler fabrication.
• Support the welding and assembly teams by providing necessary tools and materials.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area in compliance with safety standards.
• Participate in inventory management and assist in tracking supplies.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Engage in training and development opportunities to further skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• No prior experience necessary; enthusiasm to learn is important.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a collaborative team.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
• Basic understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required.
