This is a long-term, direct hire position offering training, advancement, and stability.What You’ll Do:

• Operate and maintain tools and equipment used for sewer and pipeline work.
• Perform general outdoor labor, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Support trenchless construction and industrial projects across multiple sites.
• Travel to job sites throughout Maine; overnight stays may be required (hotel expenses paid by employer).
• Attend weekly safety meetings and strictly follow safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members and adhere to on-site instructions.
• Participate in on-the-job and in-house training programs to develop skills.

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in construction, landscaping, logging, or similar manual labor roles (preferred but not mandatory — training provided).
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions for long hours.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and good hand-eye coordination.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to follow instructions.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred); CDL holders may qualify for higher-paying roles.
• Ability to pass physical assessments and pre-employment drug screening (CDL roles must adhere to federal DOT standards).
• Clean driving record and no recent major violations or violent criminal history (background check required).
