Job Description
The Laborer performs a variety of manual labor tasks under direct supervision. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, supporting a team, and working outdoors in varying conditionsJob Title: General LaborerLocation: Farmington, NMPay Rate: $16.00-18.00/hourEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lift and move materials as directed
- Load and unload vehicles
- Dig, refill holes, and assist with site cleanup
- Perform general labor activities as needed
- Follow directions from supervisors and perform other assigned duties
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- Must have 6inch lace up work boots
- 0–4 years of prior related experience
- Physical labor is a major component of the role
- Must be able to handle objects weighing up to 30 pounds for most of the workday
- Occasional exposure to risks such as cuts, burns, or chemicals
- Occasional exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes
- Work is conducted primarily outdoors in a manual labor setting
