Job Description
Multiple positions open - Corporate office in Salem, NH and work throughout New England
Summary:
Responsible for clearing, cleaning and preparing construction sites for upcoming work. Unloads and loads materials, digging, raking, mixes concrete, pours concrete, assists carpenters, operating engineers, and other construction site workers.
Primary responsibilities:
- Assist in building structures for residential, commercial, and construction sites.
- Concrete forming, framing, mix concrete, pour concrete and finish work
- Assist construction managers.
- Read blueprints and designs.
- Dig trenches.
- Operate laser guidance equipment to place pipes.
- Operate all tools as needed and requested
- Operate pavement breakers; jackhammers; earth tampers; concrete, mortar, and plaster mixers.
- Assist with framing and layout as needed
- Demolition as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience in commercial/residential construction
- OSHA 10 preferred
- Reliable transportation
