Labs Transportation Specialist

As a Labs Transportation Specialist at , you will provide support forCustomer Service, Sales, Lab Operations and Transportation Teams. In this role, you will monitor Transportation Vendor performance and provide troubleshooting and communication support. You will join a fast-paced work environment that encourages teamwork and quality.

Location: Fully remoteSchedule:This is a virtual, full time (40 hr/wk), position with a Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm schedule (EST working hours)The shifts and hours may vary slightly depending on business needsReliable and dependable attendance is an essential function of the position

In this role:You will manage third party vendor relationships, monitor activities and evaluate respective performance, and resolve escalated issues from internal and external clientsYou will plan and organize work, ensure adequate resources, and maintain work on Transportation s and other related department s schedulesYou will maintain updated relevant client and route information as well as data integrity, utilization, and maximization of TMS, Intergis VCR, or any applicable systemsYou will implement the Transportation department's strategy and communicate a coherent vision for the departmentYou will communicate with other related departments to coordinate work and resolve issues as neededWhat you'll need to succeed:The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organized, goal-oriented, and a strong collaborator.
