ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a high-energy, dependable and skilled team player to support our Lamination Line operations by ensuring that the line has the necessary tools to operate in a safe, quality assured and productive manner. This position monitors process flow throughout the lamination process and is responsible for communicating needs to the applicable Production Manager.

Shift Hours: Monday through Friday 6:30am-3:00pm. This is an on-site position.

DUTIES

Operation and set-up of the Lamination LineEnsure the line is running the correct raw materials to include board type and laminate

Ensure proper adhesive is being used for the material being laminated and the proper amount is being used to ensure comprehensive adhesion while maintaining visual qualityEnsure all finished goods are packaged properly and tagged appropriately

Direct the lamination line employeesEnsure counts of finished goods and scrap are recorded accurately

Lead by example with attitude and when addressing employees; be respectfulEnsure cleanliness and safety of the Lamination Department

Monitor lamination processes and make adjustments as necessaryEnsure required productivity of the lamination line

Communicate lamination line schedule to Forklift Operators, Cutter and the Tail PullerFollow Escalation procedures when needed

Other duties as assigned

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

High School or Equivalent

Forklift CertificationExperience with lamination or print ship experience is preferred

Previous experience working in a leadership capacity is a plus
