Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Professional Engineer (PE) to join our Land Development team as a Project Manager. This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking for long-term growth, leadership visibility, and a clear path to partnership within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead land development projects from concept through completion
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
  • Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor
  • Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and scopes
  • Coordinate with internal teams (civil, surveying, planning, environmental)
  • Mentor junior staff and support team development
  • Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance
  • Contribute to business development and client growth

Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • 5–10+ years of land development/civil engineering experience
  • Proven project and team management experience
  • Strong knowledge of site design, grading, drainage, and utilities
  • Experience with budgeting, proposals, and project financials
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
