Job Description

Civil/Site Land Development Engineer (PE/Project Manager)

Experience: 6–10 YearsLicense Required: Tennessee Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain a Tennessee PE through reciprocity if relocating.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 6–10 years of civil/site land development experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Tennessee, or the ability to obtain a Tennessee PE through reciprocity if relocating
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Strong technical design, client communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience with site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting is preferred
