Job Description

King Surveyors is currently looking for a Crew Chief.This Position will give you a wide variety of projects to work on which include, but will not be limited to: Boundary Surveying, Control, Construction Staking, Topographic Surveys, Ground support Aerial Surveys, ALTA’s, Easement/Right of Way Surveys and Residential. Experience

A minimum of 3 years’ total survey experience.
Must be experienced in controlling the function of surveying instruments and calculators.
Must be proficient in the use of robotic total stations, GPS Receivers and data collectors – Trimble preferred.
Ability to read construction plans and organize field notes.
Possess good social skills, and effective written and oral communication skills.
Train and mentor entry level surveyors.
Attendance, punctuality and reliability are essential requirements.
Valid Driver’s License and with an insurable driving record.
Background check required.
Salary Range: $28 - $40, plus overtime pay.

Health Care: King Surveyors pays at least 60% of employee's monthly premium.
Education / Professional Development: Up to $5,000 reimbursed per calendar year for approved coursework.
PTO after 30 days. Accrual rates are based on years of employment.
Paid Holidays: 7 per year.
401k/401k Roth: Match up to 4%.
