• * Conduct boundary, topographic, construction staking, and ALTA/NSPS surveys using GPS and robotic total stations
• * Process field data and prepare survey drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• * Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate and timely survey deliverables
• * Maintain and calibrate survey equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards

Qualifications:

• * 2+ years of experience in land surveying or related field
• * Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and modern survey equipment
• * Strong understanding of surveying principles, legal descriptions, and construction documentation
• * PLS license preferred but not required—support available for candidates pursuing licensure
