Job Description

Landlord Relations Coordinator needs 2 years experience

Landlord Relations Coordinator requires:

  • Landlord relations
  • Leasing
  • Administrative support

Landlord Relations Coordinator duties:

  • Ø Answer a high volume of incoming calls, understand customers inquiries, and research, respond, and/or forward to the appropriate team members for resolution.
  • Ø Receive, log, sort, redirect, and scan into Salesforce a large volume of incoming mail and e-mail correspondence and forward to the appropriate teams within one business day of receipt.
  • Scan and upload leases, amendments, renewal notices, landlord notification letters, vendor changes, and other correspondence.
  • Performed onsite 5 days a week.
