Our internship program is designed with future leaders in mind and serves as a pipeline for top talent. The Intern experience at Lands' End is a comprehensive development-based role, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and growing area of the business.

The Mechanical Engineer Intern will support facility and infrastructure-related initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to project coordination, planning, and execution within a distribution or operational environment, working closely with engineering and facilities teams.

Successful candidates should have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

Interest in mechanical, construction, or facilities engineering
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Ability to interpret basic technical drawings or plans
Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support planning and execution of mechanical or construction projects
Assist with data collection, documentation, and reporting
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
Track timelines, costs, and project milestones
Contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives
