As our company continues to grow, we are seeking Landscape Construction Professionals with experience in one or more areas of landscape construction. You do not need experience in every specialty. We welcome individuals who bring strong skills in a specific area and are interested in expanding their capabilities as they grow with our team.

This role offers hands-on work building outdoor spaces, collaborating with experienced crews, and developing new skills across multiple landscape construction disciplines.

What You'll Do

Depending on your background and experience, you may contribute to one or several of the following areas of landscape construction:

Hardscaping: Build patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, outdoor kitchens, and other masonry or stone features

Site Work: Assist with grading, excavation, drainage installation, and base preparation

Irrigation: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot irrigation systems, valves, and controllers

Softscaping: Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, sod, and mulch to complete landscape installations

Heavy Equipment Operation: Safely operate equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and loaders when applicable

Project Support: Work with crew members to complete projects according to landscape plans and job specifications

Quality & Safety: Maintain safe, organized job sites while delivering high-quality workmanship

Team members may specialize in certain skills or gain experience across multiple disciplines over time.

Required Qualifications

Experience in any of the following: landscape construction, outdoor labor, construction trades, or related work

Experience in any of the following areas:

• Hardscaping or masonry installation
• Irrigation installation or repair
• Site work, grading, or drainage
• Planting and landscape installation
• Heavy equipment operation

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively with team members

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift materials as needed

Valid driver's license

Advanced Qualifications (nice to have)

Ability to read and interpret landscape plans or construction drawings

Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, loaders, or mini excavators

CDL (Commercial Driver's License)

Experience across multiple landscape construction specialties
