Farmscape Construction LaborerFarmscape is hiring full time Landscape Construction Laborers for hands-on landscape and hardscape installation work across Los Angeles. This is physical, outdoor work with consistent hours, good pay, and opportunities to learn new skills.

The Landscape Construction Laborer will:

• Assist with landscape and hardscape installation (planting, grading, paving, irrigation)​​​​
• Use a variety of tools safely (hand tools, power tools)
• Help keep equipment, tools, and vehicles clean and in good working condition for daily use
• Work well with the crew and clients
• Drive between job sites and vendors (valid driver’s license required)
• Support crews to complete high-quality work on schedule

Qualifications:

• Have 2 years of  construction, landscaping, or outdoor work experience
• Can show up on time and ready to work
• Willing to learn new skills
Can follow directions
• Valid driver’s license

Physical Demands: 

• Ability to lift 75lbs
• Ability to perform physical work, lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all weather

Relevant Skills & Experience:

• Landscape construction
• Landscaping and landscape installation
• Hardscape construction (pavers, grading, site prep)
• Irrigation installation and repair
• Construction laborer experience
• Outdoor physical labor
• Use of hand tools and power tools
• Planting, soil prep, and grading
