Company vehicle and phoneJob DetailsWe are seeking a Superintendent to provide on site supervision and coordination of field operations. This role is critical to project performance and requires a leader who can manage landscape installation crews while maintaining strict adherence to plans and specifications.Responsibilities

• Manage the daily production of landscape installation crews.
• Layout work according to plans including hardscapes and landscape elements.
• Communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and employees.
• Attend project related meetings and assist management in developing project procedures.
• Supervise total construction effort including scheduling, engineering, and job costs.
• Direct project administrative staff in accounting and purchasing.
• Inspect all work to ensure it meets approved plans and specifications.
• Promote company culture through ethical leadership and role model behavior.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in landscape, hardscape, and construction production.
• Expert knowledge of construction tools and proficiency with various survey instruments.
• Experience with computer software programs including MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Current driver license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to prioritize and multi task in a fast paced environment.
• Willingness to travel and a strong work ethic.
• Possession of all required licenses and certifications.
