We have an opportunity for a Landscape Crew Member to join our Mow team in our Venice, FL, location. This role is Full-Time and expected to work (10-hour days Monday-Thursday).
Roles and Responsibilities:
As one of our Landscape Crew Members, you will:
- Perform various landscaping and lawn maintenance tasks including mowing/cutting, trimming, and edging all grass/turf on the assigned property.
- Use blowing equipment to clear debris and leave the client property in better shape than before you arrived!
- Prune shrubs and low trees; remove damaged or dead branches.
- Perform weeding by hand or small tools.
- Ensure all tasks are completed with the highest quality standards and deliver excellent customer service in all interactions.
- Always adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in landscaping or lawn maintenance.
- To be at least 18 years old and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- To perform physically demanding tasks in the Florida heat.
- To be dependable and able to work well on a team.
- To pass a background check.
To qualify as a Driver of our crews, in addition to the above, you must:
- Possess a valid driver's license (of at least 3 years) and a clean driving record.
- Pass a drug test.
