As a Foreman, You Will:
- Take full ownership of daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Supervise, direct, and motivate multiple crews to deliver high-quality workmanship.
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers and Operations leadership on scheduling, logistics, and client expectations.
- Train, mentor, and hold crew members accountable for performance, safety, and efficiency.
- Read and interpret landscape designs and construction plans, translating them into clear field execution.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and accountability of equipment, materials, and tools.
- Communicate directly with clients as needed, representing 4 Seasons with professionalism.
- Track production rates, manage labor hours, and document project progress.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of landscaping or construction experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, hardscaping, irrigation, and equipment operation.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams of 4-6 people effectively.
- Ability to read and execute from landscape blueprints and plans.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record (CDL is a plus).
- Physically capable of lifting, digging, and working outdoors in all conditions.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus.
