Job Title: Landscape Install Crew Member (Hardscape)Schedule: Full-time, must report for dispatch before 7:30 a.m.Daily Dispatch From: 340 Graham Rd, Wexford, PA 15090Pay Range: $20 – 25Reports to: Install Crew LeadLandscape Installation Crew MemberSarver Landscape is seeking a Landscape Installation Crew Member to support high-quality landscape and hardscape installation projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and values teamwork, safety, and professionalism.As part of an installation crew, you’ll work under the direction of a Crew Leader and Production Manager to help bring landscape designs to life while upholding our core values of Character, Quality, Respect, and Safety.What You’ll Do
- Assist with landscape and hardscape installation projects, including:
- Grading and site preparation
- Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials
- Sod installation
- Drainage work
- Hardscape construction (pavers, walls, patios, etc.)
- Follow work orders and instructions from Crew Leaders and management
- Load, unload, and stage materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and report issues
- Maintain tools, trucks, and equipment in good working condition
- Communicate with supervisors regarding site conditions, progress, and material needs
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Represent Sarver Landscape with courteous and professional customer interactions
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Prior landscape or hardscape installation experience
- Ability to perform physical, outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Commitment to safety and a positive team environment
