Landmark Outdoor Services is currently hiring dependable, hardworking Crew Members to join our Landscape & Maintenance teams to keep properties in Tulsa looking clean, safe, and well-kept year-round. Immediate start dates are available for motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team environment.

Position Overview

Crew Members assist with a variety of commercial landscape maintenance and seasonal services throughout the year, including summer mowing, spring planting, fall leaf cleanup and winter light installation. This is a full-time, year-round position with opportunities to grow based on performance and experience.

What You'll Do:

Lawn mowing and maintenance
Weed eating and edging
Shrub and hedge trimming
Weeding landscape beds
Planting flowers and seasonal color
Leaf removal during fall season
Landscaping and property cleanup
Christmas light installation
Snow and ice management during winter weather

What We're Looking For:

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to walk, bend, lift, and perform physical labor throughout the day
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Landscape or lawn care experience is a plus, but not required
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a crew
