Job Description

We're looking for a LandscapeMaintenance Division Manager to lead our landscape maintenance division and ensure our clients' properties always look their best. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll oversee people, processes, and performance across all maintenance accounts-while shaping the future of our division.

What You'll Do

Lead and develop staff by overseeing training, performance management, and workforce planning
Plan, and coordinate daily maintenance operations in alignment with seasonal demands and weather conditions to ensure consistent standards for appearance, plant health, safety, and site cleanliness.
Establish landscape maintenance policies, operating standards, and quality controls across residential and commercial properties through regular inspections.
Drive division performance and growth by managing maintenance sales and annual contracts, setting clear objectives and expectations, monitoring results, and providing recognition and corrective guidance as needed.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent including 2 years' professional relevant experience
Extensive technical knowledge and understanding of ground management and horticulture practices related to Central Kansas. This includes knowledge of all applicable governmental regulations.
Effective communication skills, both oral and written
Experience leading a large team of individuals conducting labor intensive work
Valid driver's license required.
Obtain/maintain DOT Medical Card.
Obtain/maintain KDA Chemical Applicator license (3A/3B)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM (hours may vary seasonally)
