About the Role
Grass Plus is hiring a Landscape Restoration Manager to oversee residential landscape repair work following construction activity. This role involves inspecting properties, planning restoration work, coordinating field repairs, and confirming that each project is completed to a high standard.
The Landscape Restoration Manager will oversee projects from the first site review through final completion, while guiding a small crew and keeping homeowners, builders, and other project partners informed.
Responsibilities
- Inspect residential job sites and determine the scope of landscape and irrigation repairs needed
- Create practical repair plans for turf, planting areas, grading, drainage, and irrigation systems
- Diagnose irrigation issues and complete or supervise repairs, adjustments, and system corrections
- Lead grading, soil preparation, planting, and restoration work in affected areas
- Manage and support field crew members to promote safe, productive, and quality-focused work
- Provide clear project updates to homeowners, builders, and internal team members
- Keep work areas neat, organized, and ready for final review
- Complete final walkthroughs to ensure repairs meet company standards
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and light equipment as needed
- Drive a company truck and tow a trailer when required
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape repair, irrigation, landscape construction, or similar outdoor fieldwork
- Prior experience leading, training, or coordinating field crews
- Knowledge of grading, drainage, soil preparation, irrigation, and plant installation
- Ability to operate small equipment safely and tow a trailer
- Strong judgment, problem-solving ability, and decision-making skills in outdoor job site conditions
- Dependable, organized, and able to communicate professionally with customers and project partners
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Daytime work hours
- Overtime may be needed depending on workload, deadlines, and weather conditions
Pay & Benefits
- $26.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Setting
This is a field-based position performed primarily at residential properties. Work takes place outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, with local travel throughout the service area.
