YOUR HOURS This full-time landscaping role typically works 10 hours a day, Monday through Friday, with the opportunity to work overtime. YOUR DAY While working as a Landscaper, you arrive at the job site each morning, your positive attitude and strong work ethic set the tone for the day ahead. With transportation to work daily, you're ready to tackle various tasks ranging from landscaping to excavation and lawn maintenance. You handle tasks ranging from retaining walls and paver patios, to new lawn installation, topsoil spreading and drainage solutions, to planting trees and shrubs. Working on your feet for 8-10 hours requires endurance and prior labor experience, but your dedication to detail and ability to take direction ensure each project is completed with precision. You collaborate seamlessly with coworkers, prioritizing safety and maintaining a professional demeanor with clients. Occasionally, on-call duties may arise, requiring flexibility and availability after hours, though this occurs only once every two months. Your commitment to excellence, honesty, and neat appearance aligns perfectly with our values, making you an invaluable asset to our landscaping team. QUALIFICATIONS Reliable daily transportation with a clean driving record Ability to be on-call Ability to take constructive criticism and correction Safety-focused for yourself and your team Capable of lifting over 75 pounds Knowledge in the installation of plants and trees, edging, laying pavers, and creating retaining walls (preferred) Do you have these traits?
