Landscape Crew Leader (Driver)Schedule: 5-day work week (some Saturdays as needed due to weather)Compensation: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience)About Us: We seeking experienced landscape professionals ready to step into a leadership role. - Lead and manage landscaping crews on job sites
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Communicate with customers and team members
- Complete projects accurately and on schedule
- Lead and manage a 2–5 person landscaping crew
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Read and follow landscape designs, maps, and blueprints
- Identify plant materials and complete landscaping tasks accurately
- Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment safely
- Complete daily paperwork for hours, equipment, and crew tracking
- Ensure job site tasks are completed within scheduled timeframes
- Follow all company safety guidelines and industry standards
- 3–5 years of landscaping experience required
- Leadership or crew lead experience preferred
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of plant materials and landscaping practices
- Ability to read landscape plans and blueprints
- Experience operating riding mowers, walk-behind mowers, and small equipment
- Experience using pruning shears, chain saws, and other landscaping tools
- Dependable with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work well with others and follow instructions
