Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Consulting Landscaping Assistant. If you have a passion for the outdoors, a strong work ethic, and a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect role for you. This position is instrumental in maintaining the aesthetic and functional integrity of our construction projects, providing critical support in site cleanup, safety maintenance, and other essential tasks. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and will be adept at following instructions, working outdoors, and manual labor.Responsibilities:1. Assist in the planning and execution of landscaping projects, including site cleanup, plant installation, and maintenance tasks.2. Follow detailed instructions from the Consulting Landscaper to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.3. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company safety policies and procedures.4. Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, planting, pruning, and other physical activities.5. Work outdoors in various weather conditions, performing tasks efficiently and effectively.6. Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic, contributing to a team-oriented environment.7. Be a dependable team member, ensuring consistent attendance and punctuality.8. Continually seek opportunities to improve skills and stay updated with landscaping trends and practices.Qualifications:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscaping or a similar role in the construction industry.2. Proven experience in site cleanup and safety maintenance.3. Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately and on time.4. Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.5. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.6. Dependable and reliable, with a track record of consistent attendance and punctuality.7. Comfortable performing manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy items and operating machinery.8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.9. Knowledge of plant care and landscaping techniques is a plus.10.
