If you're experienced in landscape construction and excited about the possibility of contributing to interesting new projects while taking your career to the next level, then you need to keep reading about this full-time Landscaping Construction Manager position with Vince's Landscaping in Martinez, CA!Not only will you earn $30.00 - $40.00/hour (based on experience), but we'll also provide you with tools, uniforms, and a phone as well as full-time benefits like paid drive time between job sites, paid time off (PTO), a SIMPLE IRA with company match, safety toe boots (one pair a year), and professional growth opportunities.YOUR DAY-TO-DAYOur Landscaping Construction Manager coordinates with internal ownership, designers, estimators, and project managers to keep our residential jobs on track and ensures all team members are on the same page. You'll be in charge of the landscape construction crew, supervising their work activities to make sure everything meets quality standards and homeowner expectations. You'll communicate daily goals to the team and step in where needed to support efficient project completion. Attentive to detail, you'll review construction drawings, layouts, and scopes as well as track the materials used and labor hours worked. Your effective leadership will support seamless project completion!LANDSCAPING CONSTRUCTION MANAGER REQUIREMENTS5+ years of landscape construction experience2+ years of experience in a foreman, lead installer, or crew leadership position

High-end residential landscape construction experience

Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills

Ability to accurately read and follow plans, measurements, layouts, and construction details

Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various conditions/temperaturesPreferred Qualifications:Experience with concrete forming, drainage systems, paver installation, irrigation systems, retaining walls, outdoor lighting, planting, and grading

Compact equipment operation experience (loaders, trenchers, mini excavators, skid steers, etc.)Experience coordinating with designers, homeowners, subcontractors, and project managers

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
